The Site is informational. We do not sell products through this website. We provide information about industrial ozone treatment, and we refer interested visitors to the manufacturer, Absolute Ozone, who handles all sales, pricing, fulfillment, warranty, and support.
Ozmotics operates as an authorized referral partner of Absolute Ozone. When you contact us about an ozone application, we may forward your inquiry, contact details, and application notes to Absolute Ozone so they can respond with pricing, technical advice, and a quote. If a sale results from that referral, Optrics Engineering may receive a referral fee from Absolute Ozone. This relationship is disclosed here so that you understand our role and any incentive we may have to refer you.
Our advice and recommendations are intended to be honest and useful regardless of any referral fee. If we believe an ozone solution is not the right fit for your application, we will tell you so.
Ozmotics does not accept orders, take payment, or process transactions. Any purchase, contract, quote, or commercial agreement relating to industrial ozone equipment is between you and Absolute Ozone, and is governed by Absolute Ozone's own terms and conditions of sale, not by these Terms.
All material on the Site, including text, images, graphics, layouts, logos, downloads, software, video, and audio, is owned by or licensed to Optrics Engineering and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The selection, arrangement, and presentation of that material is also protected.
You may view and download material from the Site for your own non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our written permission. Product names, photographs, and trademarks of Absolute Ozone and other manufacturers are the property of their respective owners.
To request a referral, ask a question, or otherwise reach out through this Site, you may need to provide personally identifiable information. By doing so you confirm that you have read these Terms and consent to our handling of that information as described in our Privacy Policy, including the disclosure of your contact and application details to Absolute Ozone for fulfillment.

If we send you optional educational or marketing communications, you can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by replying with a request to unsubscribe.
All sales, technical support, installation guidance, warranty service, and after-sale support for industrial ozone equipment are provided by Absolute Ozone in accordance with their own terms. Direct your service and warranty requests to Absolute Ozone using the channels provided in your product documentation. Ozmotics is not a party to any warranty or service agreement between you and the manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, suitability, accuracy, title, non-infringement, and freedom from viruses, defects, or errors.
Information about ozone applications, performance, and sizing on this Site is general guidance. It is not a substitute for an engineering review of your specific application. We do not warrant that ozone is suitable for any particular operation, and we do not warrant the products or services of Absolute Ozone.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Optrics Engineering, Ozmotics, nor any of our affiliates, service providers, or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this Site, your reliance on any information found on it, or any referral made to a manufacturer, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optrics Engineering, Ozmotics, our parent and affiliated companies, our service providers, and our officers, directors, and employees from any third-party claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. You agree that any dispute arising from your use of the Site or these Terms will be brought in the courts of the Province of Alberta.
