Ozmotics is operated by Optrics Engineering. We take the privacy of our customers and website visitors seriously. Ozmotics operates as a referral service. We do not sell products directly. When you ask us about an industrial ozone solution, we connect you with the manufacturer, Absolute Ozone, who handles sales, fulfillment, warranty, and ongoing support. The information we collect supports that referral and the related communications.

Because Ozmotics operates as a referral service, the most common disclosure of personal information is to Absolute Ozone, the manufacturer who fulfills the products and services we recommend. When you ask us for pricing, a sized recommendation, or a product quote, we will pass your contact details and a description of your application to Absolute Ozone so they can respond. By submitting an inquiry through this website, or by asking us to refer you, you consent to this disclosure. Absolute Ozone is bound by its own privacy practices for the information we share with them.
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. Outside of the Absolute Ozone referral, we share personal information only with service providers who assist us in operating this website and our communications, and only to the extent they need it to perform their services. We may also disclose information where required to comply with a court order, regulatory request, or other legal obligation.
We take steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to protect against loss, theft, unauthorized access, copying, modification, or improper disposal. Paper records are shredded when no longer needed; electronic records are securely deleted.
We rely on customers to keep their information accurate and up to date. If you notice an error, contact us and we will correct it. We may ask for your request in writing.
We retain personal information only as long as is reasonably required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

We will respond to most requests within 45 calendar days. If we need more time we will let you know why. We may charge a reasonable fee for providing information; we will tell you the fee in advance. There is no fee for correcting errors.
